I was an established client of this practice. I took my newly adopted
cat, made an appointment for 2 p.m. and arrived ten minutes early. Met
with with the ""practice manager"". Not very friendly reception to
start off with. She took me and my cat in the exam room and she and an
assistant began trying to take my cat' rectal temp. I did not like
their handling of my cat, he was not enjoying this and they pulled and
held him. I told them stop. We'll we do this all the time."" Her tone
was argumentative and bitchy"". I requested to see the vet. ""They
aren't here at lunch."" she replied. I told them to stop treatment and
asked to see their license to practice. The manager said "" I don't have
to show you and if you don't leave I am calling police. leave now:' .
Customer service was pathetic and this individual just cost Dr.
Alexander 2 feline patients and a complaint with the state for
Licensure non compliance. I have never been so disrespected by a
professional. Don't subject your pet to this place.
