This happened to be a warranty issue on a Samsung Front load washer and The Radio Hart people were great. They said they would resolve the problem and when on the first try they did not have success they returned and fixed the problem. The thing that impressed me most was that instead of giving me a 2-4 hour window they said when they would be there and they were. Talk about service! I have had a number of dealings with repair people and I have always had a positive experience but never an extraordinary one. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and leave the work area clean with everything back in place. I will definitely be calling them in the future if I need appliance help.
