Travel by Jen ""was"" a good discount travel agency. Now they are a bait and switch typical new york scam company. Their advertised price is NEVER what you get. In their e-mail specials they advertise in clear written English the price to depart from cities other than Miami. You will NEVER get that advertised price. It will be 3 or 4 times higher.
