My housemate and I are moving from Portland OR area to Spokane WA. We found some properties managed by Premire Property Svc that we were interested in. When I phoned to schdule an appointment on a Thurrsday (Feb 2nd) I explained we would make the 6.5 hour drive from the Portland area on the following Monday and would like to view 3 or 4 properties we were interested in the following Tue Feb 7th). This is a 5 day notice. The woman (Leeann) explained that her agent was all ""booked up"" for that day - even though we were driving over 350 miles to look at properties. When I exclaimed ""I guess we won't be renting any properties from you then"" Leann said ""Quess Not."" This was after nobody was answering the phone yesterday morning. Keep away from this place. If this is how they treat prospective customers imagine how they treat people who have actually rented from them. WE count ourselves lucky we did not fall into their clutches. And we found out they are NOT BBB listed. If I was a property owner I'd look elsewhere for an agent. Wish they had a Negitive Star Rating for these jokers.
