I bought the ironing board cover at a Quilt Show in January. I was given the incorrect size even though I gave them the measurments. The next day I contacted the company and the owner, Louise, said I would be mailed the correct size right away and an envelope to return the worng size. I gave my address, phone number and actually emailed many times. NO response. I feel when a company ignores it customers they do deserve a poor review.
