I also was surprised by that highly negative review. My experience here has been great, and I've been a patient for 16 years. I have friends who drive up from Ithaca, they like the office so much. And a newcomer to the area I know, who had a dental emergency, was awed by how quickly she was seen, and how thorough and caring her treatment was. Treatment here is not cheap but it's worth every penny.
