Took my Lenovo laptop in for a boot problem -- they are a Lenovo service center. A week later I get a call to pick the machine up -- they could find nothing wrong with it. When I get there, the machine is missing and I'm asked to come back in a couple of hours. When I return, I'm told that they have changed their mind and that the laptop is broken and not worth repairing.
