My 17 year old daughter received was was supposed to be a dozen roses for Valentine's Day. The roses were delivered with only 11. When I call the store today to inform tthem of how it was very disappointing it was for her as it's a special day I got a man on the phone who apologized and then suggested she come by the store to get her 1 rose. IS HE KIDDING! What sucky customer service! He most certainly should have offered to deliver it at the very least! Why should she be inconvenienced when his staff was incompetent??! His pathetic excuse was that they created 100's of arrangements and this happens ALL THE TIME???!!!! I will NEVER use them for anything and have advised my daughter to tell her boyfriend never to use them again... Best part about Bayonne is word of mouth ... trust me everyone I know will be hearing this story.
