The most unethical businessman you can ever meet. The owner Neal is a compulsive liar. We ordered for a mattress and a living room set. It was supposed to be delivered in a week. But there was no signs of the delivery. He wouldnt pick up the call. After 2 days, he told me that living room set was not yet shipped from the distributor in New York and it would take 2 months. He told I can come back and choose another set if I wish to. I called him up and told him to deliver the mattress and cancel the living room set. He said it will be done the next day. The next day, he never responded to my call again. I called him 40 times. I left him 10 voicemails. One day after that he comes up with another lie. The vehicle which was supposed to deliver met with an accident and he is still trying to figure out where the mattress is. I believed again. But then I noticed that, he had all the time in the world to upload ads in craigslist and on his facebook fan page, but couldnt respond to me? I mailed him asking for complete refund. No response. I called up my credit card company and they got my money back.
My recommendation is, DONT EVER visit this place and buy anything. In case you still choose to go, make sure you get the stuff with your own uhaul. Also, never pay by cash, you never know whether you will get your stuff or not.
If you have faced this problem, you can file a lawsuit against this owner under Consumer Protection Law 93A in Massachusetts. According to the law, you are eligible to get triple damages + lawyer fees.
