The women up front are not good at there job. I came in to go to my second appt and signed in. One of them looks at me and says "" your appt was at 10:30am today"". I said ""no I wouldn't make an appt that early I would still be at work then"". I felt like I was being accused of something. So I pulled out the appt sheet that I was given on my first visit which clearly said my appt was at 5:30pm. The best part is that the rude woman behind the counter was the one who made the appt and wrote it on the piece of paper I pulled out. I believe people should be able to do the job they are paid for and in the least not be rude when it was their mistake. I wouldn't go here and Im considering switching because of this.
