Irma (the owner) is so cold as a person. She completely rubs me the wrong way about having my daughter there. It's almost as if she's giving us a hint that we're not paying her enough to deal with our child. She's constantly questioning about my daughter's eczema as if we aren't taking care of our baby at home. It's really offensive! She pushes us to bring Benadryl for our daughter to knock her out during the day - to make it easier for her, no doubt! I wanted to punch her in the face when she said that. We do NOT drug our children for our own benefit, who does she think she is?!?
