I can't understand why this lady, Brigette, is being so negative with Kathy. I've been a client of hers for several years (maybe 6) and she gives me wonderful perms and hair cuts. I am very pleased with the results. I have perms about 2-3 months apart because my hair grows very fast and is gray and the texture will not hold a perm for any length of time. She listens to me when I want a different style or tightness in the perm and we work together to get the best results.
When you go to an establishment and ask their advice and they make suggestions, it is up to you to make the decision. You are an adult with a mind and voice, so it is not Kathy's fault that the hair style and highlights weren't up to your expectations. It will grow out and you can start again. Why trash her establishment because you weren't happy. She is doing the best she can with the suggestions you give her.
The lady, Brigette, reminds me of someone who goes to a restaurant, orders the meal, eats the meal and then complains that they didn't get the best service and walk out without payment...
I have highly recommend Kathy and Hello Gorgeous to all my friends and family. I feel great when I come out with a perm or a simple haircut. She deserves respect and payment for her work.
