Michael , the CEO of the company, contacted me very quickly. I described the urgency of our job and he met with me within 1 day, outlined the options, and got my system installed in 2 days. He is passionate about his business and its reputation, and I liked that. David, the installer was excellent and spent several hours working through the fairly tricky install (for our home) and was very patient teaching us how to use our system. We required a second visit to install a cell antenna and Chris was on-time and finished that install successfully as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
