I was greeted immediately when I entered the building, despite them being swamped! Then someone came over about 5 mins later to see if I needed help. They were very helpful! They looked at my prescription and said I needed trifocals and it would be better to have a bigger frame. I thought they would only have ugly, old people looking frames, but I saw some fashionable ones that would work with my prescription. They weren't badly priced either. So far, I haven't had any problems with the glasses, the scratch resistant is working and the glasses haven't fallen apart. I'll be coming back for sure!
