Network Alarm is great. I have been with them for 5 years and their service is dependable and reasonably priced. Like ALL alarm companies, they demand you sign a contract for service and monitoring, but I'm paying to protect my family and a few bucks a month is not too much, so even this ""downside"" is more than acceptable. I recently had my system upgraded and was reminded how professional and pleasant their staff is. Our technician took the time to explain what he was doing, how long it would take, and to ensure I understood how to use our changed security system. He was good in the house, good with my family and a very nice guy. I would HIGHLY recommend Network Alarm.
