If I could rate this a ZERO I would. First of all, I contacted this agency to pay off a settled account. Unfortunately I was able to speak with NICOLE FOSTER who was extremely ghetto and acted as though she worked for President Obama himself. I simply asked her was there a way I could make payment without paying an extra $15.00 to process it. She replies, ""So you can't afford to pay $15.00""? I advised her that if I couldn't afford it, I wouldn't be calling. However I am trying to pay off as much debt as possible and trying to save as much as I can. So then she suggests paying with check by phone. So I asked her if I could use a savings account and she says ""I don't know ma'am, do you want to pay or not"". I asked for a supervisor and she refused saying ""No you may not. You can talk to me or you can hang up and call later when you're ready to make a payment"". I called back and asked for supervisor just to get her illiterate ass again and she states ""LOOK! We are extremely busy and I don't have time to argue with you about a $15.00 charge. I refuse to even transfer you over to someone else to discuss something that is so small"". At that point I became ghetto. I have NEVER in my life spoke with someone that ignorant before. I will be filing a bigger complaint against her in hopes that she is demoted to a McDonalds janitor (DURING NON BUSINESS HOURS). To make a long story short I ended up having to hang up and call back and ask operator to connect me to a manager Mr. Barnes. He wasn't rude but could care less about my experience with NICOLE FOSTER. I'm still speechless at that. And if you notice, she never answered my question or even attempted to find out from someone else whether they could accept check by phone with savings account. SMDH
