Then thought I might get a ride home from my daughter and called to ask if I should instead book only one way. Oh, no. No problem, just give a call to cancel return trip. And so I did, after leaving Mexico for home. Noticed no change in the VISA charge so called. Unbearably rude and insulting person said I should have read the fine print requiring 24 hours notice. And called long distance from Mexico, no doubt. I explained, and she had the nerve to say they maybe could arrange to have someone listen to my recorded phone call to see if I was telling theTRUTH! What a filthy, horrid business. Never again.
