These folks are like lifelong friends. I will always take BMW and GMC to them. The repairs turn out very well. My cars issues are resolved, and I never have a reason to go anywhere else. You won't find a more honest, fair, and customer-service oriented place of business in Charlotte. They always tell you exactly what is wrong before you have to pay for the repairs, and you always know what to expect before you ever pick up your vehicle. Their recommendations are always good and they are always really polite ;-)
