Contacted Premier Saturday morning. Eric Dunn showed up ahead of schedule. He showed us the bad part and replaced it within 20 minutes. He was courtesy, professional and friendly. We will use Premier in the future. Answer service (Melissia) was also extremely professional and courtesy.
