I finally went to Core Pilates after several years of thinking about adding something else to my exercise routine and I could not be happier. I chose this studio after getting 3 referrals from business colleagues, 2 men, 1 women. While most customers are women they have definitey made me feel comfortable. I have found the instructors to be of high quality across the board, and they allow me to go at my own pace which is probably a bit slower than average. The biggest surprise I have had is how much Pilates is doing to improve my strength and conditioning workouts. Turns out that many of the Pilates principles can be applied to helping me with lifting weights and other forms of conditioning. I can not more highly recommend this studio, especially if you are a man looking for a new challenge.
