The customer is CarZ Auto. They purchased an extended warranty on a motor they purchased in September. In January the motor was returned. We did not have another one in stock. We tried to buy another one, but could not buy one. We returned their money which is an option, on our warranty. They were very mad that we did not have another one to provide them with. The warranty states: ""we will either repair the part, or replace it with another used one or give you your money back (whichever we deem best)."" We gave them their money back, because it was our only option.
