Service technician Ron Riggins made three trips to our home. He treated us like we were his only customer. The three trips were not due to Ron's workmanship, but due to Sony dictating the process to follow to eliminate our problem within the boundaries of the Sony warranty. I will definitely call ServiceCare in the future for any of our appliance repairs. It is refreshing to know that there are still service companies that care about their reputation enough to hire employees like our new friend Ron Riggins.
