I called Littleton Heating and Air when my furnace stopped working. I couldn't get the pilot to stay on and I really needed some heat on one of our lovely frigid mornings. I am very busy and I knew I had an older furnace, so I was pretty much ready to get a new furnace and get some heating going for me and my family. Even with my eagerness and lack of patience, the technician did a full assessment and ended being that I just needed to replace the thermocoupler (did I spell that right?). Repair was fast and inexpensive. Thank you for getting the job done efficiently and not taking advantage of a grumpy, impatient man. I would definitely recommend them again.
