Staff with the exception of one nurse by the name Gail is rude. Dr. Stephens talk really loud so whatever she is discussing with her patient is no longer confidential. Dr. Stephens lacks empathy and treat you as if you are just a patient she will receive income for. I have never felt so disturbed by a medical professional until I visit this Dr. Office. I understand that she is not a therapist and/or a counselor, but I am sure being empathetic was emphasized when she was pursuing her medical career. She is very cut and dry. Very very very very rude.
