Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the course. I was not the typical student as I do not want to tend bar. I wanted to gain a better understanding of the different liquors, liqueurs, mixers and skills required to make the perfect drink at parties. So I'd tell anyone to take the course if you want to have a great time and meet some wonderful people! Thanks, Vicki! You ware one great teacher!
