Horrible Service. Called Rays to work on a backed up floor drain in my gym. Plumber came promptly during normal business hours and worked to unclog drain. After apparently fixing the problem, packed up and left. A few hours later the drain backs up again so I call Rays and they send a second plumber, now after hours. He works to unclog, fixes, packs up and leaves. A week later I recieve a bill that is more than twice the cost of a service call. When I call Rays to question the bill I AM HUNG UP ON. I finally get a hold of Ray the owner and he explains to me that I was charged for a after hours service call even though my original call during business hours was not done properly. Ray was very firm that he would not adjust my bill and that he was not overcharging me. As a business owner I believe Ray's Sewer Service has unfair business practices and would not recommend them to ANYONE.
