My wife and I found Mr. Spencer to be extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home and liability insurance as well as very service oriented. He is readily available and actually returns calls with needed information. If he does not have the information, he will acknowledge that fact and work hard to get the answers. I have dealt with many insurance agents and find Mr. Spencer to be one of the most client oriented agents I have met. You can not go wrong talking to him.
