Since working with Brian, I am finally able to go out in social situations and feel calm, comfortable, confident and cool!! Before I was a anxious, nervous, self-conscious mess, that wasn't able to enjoy something as simple as having a drink with friends. After 5 sessions with Brian, he's taught me to how to practice self hypnosis. Now I can give myself the proper reassuring suggestions that let me handle any situation with out stressing out!
