I have used Brothers Cleaning Services Inc. for the past 15 years. They have always been honest with me about what I could expect the results to be. There have been some difficult stains on the carpet they've always done a good job for me and that makes them credible to me. I've always been very satisfied with their performance. Their staff is always very personable too. Also, I find their prices to be very competitive with other carpet cleaners in the Eugene and Springfield area. This is a great company!
