Back 2 Basics Wellness (Little Canada) took several weeks to return multiple phone calls and emails. When I finally heard back from someone TWO weeks later, whoever called back was really short on the phone saying that everything I needed to know was on the website. (NO IT'S NOT, that’s why I’m calling!) I had a 10:00am appointment with Kenyata Woods this morning. When I got to the office, it wasn't even open!!! And, the schedule on the window says they are to be opened at 9am!!! I tried calling all morning, no answer, just the voice message for the last 3 months. None of the lights were on and no cars in the parking lot. This is the WORST experience I've ever had at a massage office and will NEVER come here again. I will also tell ALL my friends & family never to come here. I also went to the website to write this same testimonial, but surprise, surprise, there is no access to log in and actually type in a testimonial as advertised. PEOPLE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!
