One star is as low as they will allow. I sent my wife here for a surprise because I read all of the great reviews. I scheduled her for a cut and color. They cut her hair how they wanted to and not how she asked, and they told her that they didn't have time to color her hair. Had I known that I would never have made the appointment. If you don't care about your hair or want to schedule an appointment and have them give you sub par results, then this is your place!!
