I have been a patient at Dobbin Dental for over 25 years. Apparently that does not matter to them at all. What horrible customer service by their front desk staff and office manager. If you get any work done here, make sure they send a pre-treatment authorization through your insurance company, and that they dont just give you one of their estimates done in the office. I can understand that they can't give exact estimates, but expected that perhaps plus/minus 10 or 15%. They were off by over 70%!!! Thats over $700 in my case. When I questioned this, the office manger told me that I should have told them to send the estimate to insurance. Gee, had someone told me that when I was given the estimate I would have done it! But now its too late and they have billed me over $700 more than what they estimated. And the response I get, with no empathy at all, is well is your insurance, how were we supposed to know what to bill you? What??? \r
