When I started care at 1st Step Chiropractic a few months ago, my right leg was much shorter than my left. I had a lift in the right shoe. Also, was having alot of lower back pain and sholder pain. Today, my lower back pain is improved - I no longer have the lift in my shoe - my gait is improved.
