Showed up early and was shown to a meeting room. Waited patiently for over an hour past the appointment time because he and the receptionist forgot the meeting. Had a court date scheduled and he never showed up! Then his office waited until after the failed agreement to process my payment. I got my money back eventually but they did nothing to rectify the fine imposed for not showing up for the proceedings.
