I had a door out of alignment that I tried to fix myself and probably made it worse. Girard's fixed everything for us (changed all hardware and leveled the door). Unfortunately about a year later, one of the new wheels fell off. Girard came out promptly, fixed the part per warranty, and I had them fix my other door as well. Ryan, the technician, was very professional and very friendly; he answered questions politely and was nice to my kids and dog too. I am very pleased and would recommend to others. Also they offer a great warranty.
