We arrived home yesterday and the garage door would not go up after many tries. It was about 3:45 PM. I went to the yellow pages and chose Girard's and made the call. The man who answered understood the problem immediately and dispatched Ryan who was in our service area. He gave me a "window" of 4-6PM for Ryan's arrival. Ryan came by 4:30PM, found the problem - defective springs and had everything on the truck to fix it. He did a great job and we were very grateful for the fast, professional service! I'm glad I picked the right Company from the yellow pages.
