Nice guy, extremely nice guy in fact. I don’t doubt he cares very deeply about his patients. I’m more concerned with some of the ineptitude and their costs. First biopsy got screwed up, he did another one, we still had to pay for the lab and the anesthetic. He called with a preliminary report telling us our pet was fine based on the xrays, but he called back a few days later to tell us she had inoperable cancer. The highest highs and the lowest lows within a 3 day period. She has cancer, we understand that, she’s going to die, but don’t call someone until you know for sure, and certainly don't tell someone a few days before dropping the axe that she's fine. We're adults, we can handle it. I just feel this could’ve been handled better and that the biopsy should’ve been done right the first time.
