We had a toilet in the master bedroom that leaked through the ceiling-Jim arrived and knew right away we needed to have it snaked and suggested a new toilet-said we would be contacted Sunday am and we were. Carlos arrived and spent ALOT of time and patience snaking out my husbands dental floss and then installed the new toilet. Both men were very professional and we thank Jim for the service to our country.
