Today my cat had a major problem in our family room. I called Tom at Steam Machine Carpet Care at 7 am. Tom squeezed me in at 7:30 and cleaned the worst mess I have ever seen! What a fast, dependable and nice guy, I will recommend Tom to you any time.\r
