James came out initially to determine the problem with my garage door and the spring had broken, but he also explained that the opener wasn't the best for my door which is very high. He recommended a different opener and we decided to change it. James and Blair came out to change the unit. They were the best. They explained everything to me and were such nice guys. I would recommend them to anyone.
