I had a good experience with Sprague today. They had done work for me several years ago, but recently I discovered that one of my walls was showing signs of water damage. Sprague investigated and discovered that the problem was a missing slate tile on my roof....which they then offered to replace free of charge. Needless to say, I was very pleased with that resolution!
