i called in a large order to be specially cut for the holidays. when we arrived for pick up, our order was completely wrong. instead of the staff at harrisburg's Broad Street Market, admitting their mistake, they yelled at us and told us to go elsewhere for the meat. we were so shocked and taken aback by the way we were treated, that we ended up leaving the meat behind and purchasing from Superior on market street. so, while the meat may be quality, their lack of customer appreciation and service is much the opposite. so disappointed- i think i would much rather a combination of the two
