I have had two experiences with this place and will never step foot in there again.\r

I worked directly with the service manager on both occasions - I'm convinced this is an unethical business designed to lure in and price gouge unsuspecting Honda owners.\r

I noticed when I passed by the check-out counter on my second visit that there was a sign taped front and center with something to the effect of them taking pride in providing honest and professional customer service and to let the dealer service manager know if you experience anything less - signed by the same guy who'd been trying to gouge me for the past hour and a half.\r
