Sparkle's professionalism is unbelievable. She had a scheduling conflict and called to see if I could come later in the day. In addition, she offered a discount for the inconvenience. It is truly a testament to how serious she feels about providing quality customer service. Sparkle did an amazing job with my hair. I didn't want to go to sleep and ruin how wonderful it looked! I was beyond pleased and cannot wait to sit in her chair again:-)
