We had tight schedule and really desired a thorough inspection - and John delivered. Not only was the inspection great, but he took time to show the location, and explain the function and proper operation of all the utilities. He was friendly, proffessional, knowledgable and very thorough. He took the time to answer any questions and address concerns. We would definitely use his service again - and we will recommend Hidden Valley to our associates.
