The girl at the desk and who answers the phone is constantly trying to turn away oil changes. I saw her do it to multiple people (she tried to turn me away too) while I was waiting almost 2 hours for my oil change. Every time someone would come in, she'd say they were booked and too busy. The customers would proceed to explain that they were told to come anytime after whatever x o'clock and they could be helped. She would then recant and take the business. She also told me that if I want an oil change on a Friday, I should come early because if they are slow they close early. Nice to know... If I didn't have a groupon to this place, I'd never go back. Bad service, long wait, not worth it.
