This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, and Irene made it comfortable and even enjoyable-- she's VERY professional, she explains everything she's doing, and she does the painful part super quickly. Also, she uses hard wax, which is far less painful than soft wax. She didn't miss a single hair and a few hours afterwards, I no longer had any redness. It looks as if I never had hair down there. I highly recommend Irene, and I'll definitely be back!
