Owner Bruce Langlois illegally manufactures recovery drugs from non-pharmaceutical grade ingredients to save himself a few dollars. He uses these unsafe drugs on EVERY animal that is anesthetized at the clinic. He also has several feral cats at the facility that are very often diseased. He has been cited many times for not separating these animals from healthy pets. He like to try to convince people that his critics are all jealous competitors. I am not in the veterinarian profession and neither is the Michigan state board that declared him incompetent and put him on probation. As far as his criminal behavior, it is true that it has been over twenty years since he first attempted to rap-e a fifteen year old babysitter; but he was convicted again in 1995 and arrested in November of 2011. The Spay and Neuter Express operates because it is mostly cash business that doesn't get reported. The Spay and Neuter Express makes huge profits at the cost of a huge mortality rate. Ten minutes of experiencing his abusive personality will tell you he is no humanitarian.
