My father in law passed in July. We hired Berryhill Funeral home to take care of his last wishes. He was a Navy Vet and wanted to be cremated and his ashes scattered at sea. After 5 long months and no word from either the funeral home or the US Navy, I contacted Berryhill to try to find out what Navy base he was sent to. Seems only one person had the answer and he was never there when I called. I finally recieved a call back from a Joel Hastings and he was very rude and condescending. Instead of telling me the answers to my questions he kept saying that he had explained it all to my husband a month ago! So what! Explain it to me! The man has NO compassion and should be selling used cars instead of helping families through a difficult time.
