I have been taking my dogs to Raccoon Valley for over 20 years. I have, with one exception, always been treated with kindness and have felt that my animals were truly important to the staff there. Dr. Lanza is without a doubt, the most caring woman I have the pleasure of knowing. I'm so glad that she's there to take care of my 'babies.' Recently I had to have my almost 16 year old shih tzu put to sleep. Obviously this was a terrible time for me since I had been owned by him since he was 8 weeks old. Dr. Lanza cared for him all of his life, and thankfully was able to end it for him comfortably and lovingly. She was kind and loving to both me and my pet, and made me know that I was doing the right thing for my precious Jerry. I also received a lovely sympathy card and beautiful poem from her. She definitely goes above and beyond. I can't say enough good about her and would highly recommend her to anyone.
